You will be a few minutes walk from the Roman arenas, the Carré d'Art and the Roman temple: the Maison Carré, the Jardins de la Fontaine or the famous Halles de Nîmes: the covered market and many refined restaurants.

On the 3rd floor of the building you will find the 70m2 terrace, the view is spectacular, overlooking the old town and the Magne tower, ideal for a late breakfast, an aperitif or a romantic dinner at sunset, with several spaces distinct for having an aperitif, a meal or lying on sunbeds.

- The private roof terrace is on the third floor above the apartment accessible by the common staircase.
- It is only shared with the hosts of my other AirBnb located in the building if it is ever occupied.
- There is a video surveillance system on the stairs of the building for your safety.

A stone's throw away, Les Halles de Nîmes is home to one of the most beautiful covered markets in the region. Ideally located, you can walk to Nîmes from the apartment and visit the monuments, museums as well as the many shops, restaurants and bars in the historic center.
